Privacy notice
How we collect and use your details when you contact us. Last updated October 2026.
Who we are
West Sussex Tree Specialists is based in Mannings Heath, near Horsham, West Sussex. You can contact us at westsussextrees@gmail.com or on 07719 724463.
What we collect
When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, town, the service you are interested in and your message. If you call, text, WhatsApp or email us, we also have the details you give us then.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do, and to keep ordinary business records. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who else sees it
The contact form is run by a service called Web3Forms, which passes your message on to our email inbox. If you message us on WhatsApp, that is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting company, and loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for our business records, and then delete them.
Cookies
This website does not currently use cookies for tracking or advertising. If we add website analytics or anything similar in future, we will update this page and ask for your consent where it is needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to have them corrected or deleted, or to object to how we use them. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
